Booking and Cancellation Conditions

  • Check-in: after 2:00 PM

  • Check-out: before 12:00 PM

  • Payment: must be completed no later than 2 weeks before arrival

  • If you cancel or modify your booking up to 2 weeks before the arrival date, no charges will apply

  • Availability of the accommodation is guaranteed only upon timely receipt of your payment

  • In case of cancellation, modification after this deadline, or no-show, no refund will be given.

Adults-Only Policy

Valle del Arroyo is designed for adults seeking peace, rest, and sensory indulgence.
Therefore, the accommodation and its surroundings are not suitable for children under 16 years of age.

Pets are not allowed.

CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION OF GROUP RESERVATIONS

For group reservations you must contact the accommodation directly, in any case it is necessary to make a 50% guarantee deposit for a firm reservation.
Cancellations for groups:
In the event of cancellation, regardless of the group’s arrival date and the cause, the amount entered as a reservation guarantee will be considered as cancellation costs and in no case will a refund be made.
