Terms and Conditions

With effect from October 1, 2020 until further notice, the following conditions apply, with regard to travelers from outside Spain regardless of the portal * on which the reservation is made.

  • Check-in after 2 pm.
  • Check out before 12:00 PM.
  • Payment must be made no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
  • In case of cancellation or change up to 2 weeks before the arrival date, no costs will be charged.
  • Availability of the accommodation is guaranteed after timely receipt of your payment.
  • No refund is possible in case of cancellation, change after this date or no-show.
  • We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any cancellation costs.
  • Valle del Arroyo is intended for adults seeking peace and relaxation – to completely unwind and indulge the senses, which is why our accommodation and its surroundings are not suitable for children under 16 years of age.
  • Pets are not allowed

Credit card: The credit card details are used to guarantee your reservation.
Taxes and other charges: The price includes VAT. Tourist tax not applicable. Service charges not applicable.

CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION OF GROUP RESERVATIONS
For group reservations you must contact the accommodation directly, in any case it is necessary to make a 50% guarantee deposit for a firm reservation.
Cancellations for groups:
In the event of cancellation, regardless of the group’s arrival date and the cause, the amount entered as a reservation guarantee will be considered as cancellation costs and in no case will a refund be made.

*For example, if your reservation has been made via AirBnB, booking.com or another portal, you must agree to the above applicable conditions or cancel your reservation.
The conditions on these portals do not apply to bookings from outside Spain.
